When will a purchased book appear?

After the payment provider confirms the transaction, the book is added to your account library. A return-to-store page alone does not confirm payment.

Where can I download my books?

Sign in, open My Library, and use the download option shown for an accessible title. Downloads require a verified email address and the applicable entitlement.

Do I need an account?

An account is needed to claim free books, complete checkout, and access your private library.

Are card details stored here?

No. Card details are entered on the payment provider's checkout and are not stored by The Light.

How do I get help with an order?

Use the Contact page and include the email address on the account and your order reference. Never send a card number, security code, or password.
